Usain Bolt pulls up injured as Great Britain wins gold in 4x100m relay

It was a sad end to the sprinting career of Usain Bolt, as he pulled up injured on the anchor leg of the 4x100m relay at the World Championships in London on Saturday night.

Bolt received the baton with Jamaica in third, but halfway down the straight, he started clutching his left thigh and eventually collapsed to the ground.

Even if he did not end up injured, the all-time great would have found it hard to catch Great Britain’s Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake, who won gold ahead of Christian Coleman of the USA.
