    Title: Telesales Executive


    Summary: The job holder is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using developed scripts, with an objective to generate leads and close deals.

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing.

    -Identify opportunities, produce leads that would generate more business
    -Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
    -Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with customers who are not already on the database
    -Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
    -Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
    -Enter and update customer information in the database
    -Provide exceptional customer service to customers, going the extra mile in ensuring customer's issue are promptly resolved
    -Undertake periodic customer surveys to better understand customer needs and expectations
