    Student Placement/Employer Liaison Officer


    We are looking for a Student Placement/Employer Liaison Officer for an Education Management Organisation. He or she will

    • Drive and obtain employment and experiential opportunities in business and industry for vocational trainees and alumni in all trades.
    • Keep track of requests for skilled manpower and link the available resource to the employer
    • Be involved in counselling, preparing and enhancing the hiring potential of trainees, new graduates and alumni into the job market.
    • Aggressively engage businesses and industries in the state to develop placements and partnerships.
    • Be a student centred Professional who is comfortable interacting and engaging different stakeholders

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and Minimum 3 years related experience, building employer relations in a vocational/technical school setting.
    • Experience in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Statistics
    • Well informed about labour market trends, employer needs and best practices in career services.
    • Experience with electronic career management system and recruitment required.
