    Gary Neville tells Chelsea what they should do to Sarri after defeat against Man City

    Manchester United legend Gary Neville has enjoined Chelsea board not to show manager Maurizio Sarri the exit doors after their embarrassing defeat against Manchester City.

    Maurizio Sarri has been under serious attack since the Blues' defeat at the Etihad stadium on Sunday evening, February 10. in which many fans have called for him to be fired.

    But Gary Neville who is now a pundit with Sky Sports believes that firing Maurizio Sarri can never be Chelsea's panacea to their troubles this season.

    He added that the Stamford Bridge club must endure the pain if really that want to change their style of football.

    “If the ownership of the club really do want a higher quality of football then they’re going to have to live through the change.

    “Now’s not the time to go weak on that. Now we’ll see in the next 24 to 48 hours whether Chelsea have the belief that they do want to follow through with it.

    “In the past I agree, they’ve changed [Andre] Villas-Boas, they’ve changed [Luiz Felipe] Scolari. Are they going to stick with Sarri?

    “If they really want this type of football in the long term they’re going to have to maintain a position of the club and live through the pain and change,'' the eight-time Premier League winner explained according to Sky Sports.

    After the defeat against Manchester City, Chelsea are currently out of the top four teams in the Premier League with Manchester United occupying fourth position.

    Earlier, had reported how Maurizio Sarri was slammed by angry Chelsea fans who were livid with the Blues' embarrassing defeat against reigning Premier League champions Manchester City.
