Coutinho hailed as Brazil’s new hero after another key goal

Philippe Coutinho once again came to Brazil’s rescue at the World Cup, with a goal that downed Costa Rica.

Neymar may have scored late on, but it was Coutinho who broke the duct and allowed Brazil the extra chance to go forward, with Costa Rica pushing forward to get the equaliser – and it seemed that things weren’t set to fall for Neymar once again.

However, the player managed to get a goal at the death, and when the full time whistle blew, it was clear how much it meant to the player, who collapsed on the turf crying.

It seemed as though Neymar was carrying the weight of the whole Brazil side on his shoulders – yet Coutinho has certainly stepped up this summer to help shoulder that burden.
