Man United boss Jose Mourinho discusses feud with Antonio Conte

    Public spat

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has been speaking today about his public spat with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte over the past couple of weeks.

The Old Trafford boss had Conte riled up when he claimed he doesn’t “behave like a clown on the touchline” in a swipe at the Italian and Jurgen Klopp.

Then, it was Antonio Conte’s turn to hit back and he did so by claiming Mourinho was suffering from “demenza senile” which translates in English to dementia.

Mourinho then took it a step further by bringing up a match-fixing incident that included Antonio Conte despite being cleared of wrongdoing.

“What has never happened to me and will never happen is to be suspended for match-fixing,” he explained.

Since that, Conte has explained that he will not forget the words that Jose Mourinho has said to him in recent weeks.

Safe to say, that bad blood isn’t gone with Jose Mourinho bringing up as well as ending the spat with Conte.

“I think when a person insults another, you can expect a response, or you can expect contempt,” explained Mourinho.

“The first time he insulted me I had a response, a response that I know that touched the point where he really feels hurt.

“Then he insulted me for a second time but now I change and now contempt and for me, contempt means the end of the story.”
