Alleged Terrorism: Court Adjourns Charles Okah’s Trial To October 24
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has fixed October 24 for continuation of the trial of the October 1st 2010 Independence Day bomb blast suspects, Charles Okah and Obi Nwabueze. Justice Gabriel Kolawole fixed the date after prosecution concluded cross-examination of the witness called by Charles Okah.
After losing his no case submission Charles Okah who is standing trial alongside Obi Nwabueze for their alleged involvement in the Independence Day bombing that occurred at Eagle Square, Abuja, in 2010 has produced his second witness in court.
This time, Okah called his son as his witness to defend the allegation bordering on terrorism against him. After narrating all knew concerning the criminal case against his father, the witness was cross-examined by the Prosecution Counsel.
At the end of the court proceedings, Okah’s Counsel provided more lights.
